Wooldridge Woods Golf & Swim Club, previously named Possum Run is a Semi-Private 18 hole golf course located in Mansfield, Ohio.
Wooldridge Woods golf course first opened for play in 1928.
Par for the course is 71. From the back tees the course plays to 5,963 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 5,089 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 18, a par-5 that plays to 494 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 2, a par-3 that plays to 148 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 3, a 390 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 10, a 189 yard par-3.
Holes number 1, 8 14, 15, 17 & 17 have lakes in play and #11 has a creek. Overall this is a challenging course! Total yards... Blue Tees: 5,963 White Tees: 5,743 Red Tees: 4,967. Some golfers might be surprised by the short rough... but with facilities tailored for family memberships, corporate outings, and fundraisers, short rough allows for faster play and a more enjoyable golf game for everyone!

Friend and I played there recently and where making the turn when the club sent off 3 foursomes on the back. The guy working was either too lazy to look out the window and see that people were about to make the turn or he was just plain ignorant. Then he was rude and non-apologetic. Do yourself a favor and play somewhere else for the same price or cheaper and get treated with respect.

A very interesting course now call The Woods at Possum Run. The greens were some of the best my golf group has seen with consistent and readable greens but very fast. A lot of the greens were small so accuracy is a must. Lots of uphill and downhill and each hole is different. It was a fun course to play with challenges for any golfer. We did not score well but for $25 for golf, cart and a real lunch included it was a terrific bargain.
